Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders with name engraving or personalization may require additional processing time

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Once processing begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service:

  • West Malaysia: 2–4 business days

  • East Malaysia: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any applicable promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly stated

Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status via the courier

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
RUVEL is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • RUVEL is not responsible for delays caused by courier services

  • If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist in investigating with the courier where possible

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.
We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.
