Return & Refund Policy

At RUVEL, many of our products are made specially for each customer through name engraving and personalization.
For this reason, all sales are considered final.


No Returns & No Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

This policy applies to:

  • All engraved or personalized items

  • Products ordered with name engraving selected

  • Gift sets that include personalized items

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.


Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.


Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed and engraving has begun:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled

  • Changes to engraving details cannot be made

  • Refunds will not be issued


Important Notes

  • Natural variations in material texture or color are not considered defects

  • Minor differences due to lighting or screen display are normal

  • RUVEL reserves the right to assess all claims fairly
